Refund policy

All sales are final.

In adherence to the sensitive nature of our products, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for items that come into contact with any body part or fluid, except in cases of a manufacturer defect. Once these products have left our warehouse, they are deemed used and, consequently, non-returnable. 

Defective products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. If you suspect a manufacturer defect, kindly document the nature of the defect and promptly contact us at amorenaus@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
